which empowers players to have an active, authorial say in their experience,
and ensures a safe space to explore challenging, emotional content together.

Our primary tools to calibrate player interactions
are a set of scripted negotiations and safe words
that allow players to communicate their intentions and boundaries
without having to break character.

We also use a set of bespoke rules
to adjudicate aspects of gameplay that need a degree of abstraction,
such as the use of supernatural powers or combat.
